Located in the countryside of Novara, famous for the production of rice, gorgonzola cheese and rich in wineries, in a convenient location close to the centers of Milan and Turin, as well as acting as a wine center since 1951, it has 8 rooms with every comfort.

It was 1951 when the Family Zuin started managing “Café Macallè” Momo in the province of Novara.
Since then, it has been transformed, first in a restaurant and in 1991 into a Hotel.
“Rice Macallè” is also the title of the book published on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Restaurant, Romolo Barisonzo Novara’s journalist and writer, weaves the history of the Zuin’s Family to the historical events of the period and the region.

The owners, Sergio and Silvana Zuin, welcome you to the Macallè which offers an elegant and refined atmosphere, perfect for enjoying both regional and international dishes prepared by the expert ‘Chef executive’.
Sergio personally and rigorously chooses seasonal products and this, together with his 40 years of experience, generates a happy union between quality and taste continually enriched by the ideas of his apprentice, the young cook Marco.
